Making easy crafts for kids can be a great way to add more fun and involve your child in music and the arts.

It is also a perfect activity for keeping your child busy with educational projects while staying at home during the quarantine.

If you are a teacher, find easy links to share with your preschool and elementary age students as extra projects during distance learning.

You may think that you need an elaborate plan or a big budget for involving your child in music. In fact, that can be done successfully with easy and inexpensive ideas!

Easy Crafts for Kids

Music crafts are so much fun to make! There are so many easy ideas that work incredibly well with kids and help them be engaged in music.

One sure way to engage your preschooler in music and arts is to have fun making easy music crafts. Involvement in music through crafts can be a great path to appreciating music. Playing and making music with home-made instruments can also motivate your child to develop interest for starting music lessons in the future. Learning an instrument for life is a great gift. That process can start with making simple and easy music crafts at home!

In this post I share a few easy music crafts for kids. All of these music crafts are appropriate for the preschool level as well as early elementary. Your toddler would also have great fun making different musical sounds with a little extra help from mom.

With the summer coming, one of the parent worries is keeping kids engaged. These easy crafts for kids can be a great way to start now fill out both the summer and quarantine days with fun music learning.

As a parent, I strongly encourage you to engage your child more in music. You will be giving them a great gift for life, wrapped up with lots of fun.
