March 28, 2017 | 2 Comments

As teachers, we all need a reminder to slow down and relax. Spring Break is a sweet time to do that. It is only a week, no time can be waisted. It comes at a time of year when teachers are most tired.

So here we go, my list of 20 things teachers on Spring Break should never do!

Teacher tips- Spring Break

  1. Work.
  2. Do anything you may regret seeing on social media.
  3. Over-schedule yourself with activities.
  4. Get up early.
  5. Spend money on school supplies.
  6. Only hang out with work buddies.
  7. Ignore your personal to-do lists.
  8. Stay inside.
  9. Read anything that has anything to do with education, school or teaching.
  10. Wear teacher clothes.
  11. Feel bad for having a break.
  12. Go on Pinterest (to look for lesson plans, absolutely go on Pinterest for other things).
  13. Utter the words: “One, two, three! Eyes on me!”
  14. Talk to anybody else’s parents but your own.
  15. Learn anything.
  16. Eat everything.
  17. Waste time on Facebook.
  18. Ignore personal hygiene.
  19. Go to bed before the sun does.
  20. Rush.

This is an awesome list, Maria! I’m probably going to do just about everything on it though. I will talk to my parents and try to stay off Pinterest. Lol! Thanks for sharing!
