Developing literacy is a hot topic in our educational system. Teachers are always brainstorming new ways to engage their students to read more. At the same time, involved parents are always looking for different ideas to make reading with their children more interesting and enjoyable. Please find my latest guest post for Mommy bites writing about connecting music and children’s books.
|Inspire Your Child To Read Through Music|
Naturally, in a music educational site, our focus falls on educating the whole child through the means of music. However, the same ideas can be transferred to any other subject. Children learn better when they are engaged. They are engaged when they do what they like. Reading is not an exception. Your child will want to read more if they relate to the reading. Find what your child likes, and then use it for their educational benefit!
So what do you think?
